Terrific Tuesday

It's a lovely day today. Could be a little warmer. Family farmers are in the fields planting corn. Please pray our farmers have a safe season. Went to a meeting last night, it went well. Came home with an order of 5 and half dozen hats. Bid on a couple more jobs today. Bid on Jr. Fair Board t-shirts last week. Still waiting to hear on that one. I thank GOD every day my business is going strong. I am now venturing into making vinyl banners. More information on that later. Our new puppy is so spoiled already, but that's ok. She is awfully sweet. 

Weird Wednesday

Here it is middle of the week once again. April is just flying by. Soon will be farming season and the tractors will be rolling. Thank God for our farmers. Working on the back of KemoSabe's hats today. It is a great restaurant in Fostoria, Oh. Ordered to separate orders of coats today. Thank you to all who keep me busy. Hopefully once I get caught up, I have something new to embroidery; so stay tuned.

Thrifty Thursday

It's beautiful out. Trying to recycle my pet food bags. I will be using cat food bags and recycling them into tote bags. I had posted a tote from a dog food bag and this customer seen it. She asked me to make 5 totes a month and mail them to her. They will be used as door prizes at a Kitty Rescue center. Some months maybe more then 5 totes, could be as many as 10. I best get to cleaning some bags and back to sewing. Started making some small business card holders, I went to get the snaps today so I can close them. Your credit cards may fit in as well as folded cash. More laundry out on the clothesline, finishing up an order of 15 hats, and need to pick up the house before customers arrive tomorrow morning. Just ordered 60 lime green shirts for a local FFA group. Waiting on the screens for those shirts. Tomorrow I plan to be on another order of hats, while they will be sewing out I will be setting up designs(putting 3 designs into one) for backs of jackets for another customer. Wow Wacky Wednesday

Been a busy day already today. Working on embroidering hats for a restaurant in Fostoria, Ohio. Then had the heat press on to do 12 hot pink t-shirts for a 31 purse party. Easy to do, but with being hot outside and having the heat press on to 300 degrees. Things sure got warmed up in a hurry. Cleaned some of the sewing room out. A lot more needs to be done in that room. But will wait till that room cools off some first. Checked my email and had two designs returned to me digitized and ready to embroidered on items. One design is for hats for Northwest Antique Association, tractor clubs. The other is a tractor for a full back of a Carhartt jacket. On top of all this been trying to catch laundry up and get some hung outside to be line dried. Possibly cutting out some small zippered bags, that will be embroidered on for my Storenvy and Etsy store. Keep cool everyone.

Super Saturday

It's a beautiful Saturday in Ohio. I have been waiting for this beautiful weather for a while now. Had a busy morning. Came home and put a baby name and birth date on a beautiful pink blanket, Welcome to the World little one. Then did two hats for Dale. He has someone bringing him a new toy tomorrow instead of us having to go get it. So to thank the young man, Dale had me embroidery on 2 hats for him. Hope he likes them. Watching the last of Ohio Buckeyes then time to head out to sit around a fire. The first of the season. Enjoy your beautiful weekend.

Fantastic Friday!!!!

Got the order of 48 hats finished, trimmed, packed, invoiced, and delivered. Delivered 2 more shirts today. Now finishing up a small hat order with a Firetruck Logo on the front. Then on to a crying towel for my dad. I think he will need it this weekend watching the NCAA tournaments. Besides it amuses me to make stuff like that for him. He got a real kick out of embroidered toilet paper. Have a great weekend.
